Appointments
All appointments are booked through Glossgenius A deposit is required to confirm your booking and is applied toward the service total.
Cancellation
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
Touch-up policy
The $200 touch-up applies to existing clients of this studio only, within 4–6 weeks of the original procedure. After this window, or if the procedure was done by another artist, the full service price applies.
Results
Permanent makeup results vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. We do our best to achieve the agreed result, with a complimentary touch-up session included.
Consultations
Free consultations are available via Instagram DM or by phone. Consultation does not guarantee an appointment.
Liability
We are not responsible for results affected by client failure to follow aftercare instructions, undisclosed medical conditions, or skin reactions to pigments.
